The goal of this group is to share the good educational ideas that are already in practice on a few farms and to encourage and facilitate our members through field trips. The Activities as part of this group are as follows:

• Labour Management
• Discussion regarding inputs for crops (Manuring/spray)
• Multicropping
• Mechanisation in Farming
• Marketing of the products that we grow (Speciality Coffee).
• Agro Forestry
• Fruit farming
• Organic Manuring – Preparation and Usage of Organic Manuring.
• Youth and Women in Farming and Agriculture.
• Guide prospective agriculturist who are aspiring to get into the field of agriculture and farm management.
