PANCHAGAVYA – Growth Promoter With Micro Nutrients & Immunity Booseters

Sanskrit word Panchagavya means “mixture of five products of cow”.
It has been in use as an effective bio-fertilizer, bio-pesticide and growth promoter since ancient times in India.

Procedure:

  • Mix all the above ingredients in a barrel and keep in a cool place.
  • The contents should be mixed well twice a day in the morning and evening in clockwise direction.
  • Continue the process of stirring for 18 days and Panchagavya will be ready to use since then.

Note: During the process of preparation if the contents harden after few days resulting in difficulty in stirring, then add a little water and mix well.

Direction for use:

Mix 3 litres of Panchagavya with 100 litres of water and can be used for Spraying
Soil drenching
Seed treatment
Sapling treatment
compost enrichment

Drip Irrigation:
 Mix 5 – 6 L of Panchagavya with 200 L of water and can be used in drip irrigation.
Organic Matter Enrichment:
Mix 10 L of  Panchagavya with 100 L of water and use it for 1 MT of compost for enrichment.
Soil Drenching & Spraying:
Mix 5 – 6 L of Panchagavya thoroughly with 200 L of water and subsequently use the solution for soil drenching or spraying. For soil drenching use ½ – 1 L per plant.
Seed / seedling Treatment:
Use 3% solution of Panchagavya by soaking seeds or dipping the seedlings for 20-30 minutes before planting.
